Corn Casserole

Corn Casserole is super easy and tasty. This is one of my sister's favorites at Thanksgiving since she's a vegetarian and corn is one of the five foods she eats. : )

1 stick butter
1 cup sour cream
1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn with juice
1 egg, beaten
1 box Jiffy cornbread

1. Mix all ingredients just before baking and pour in a casserole dish

2. Bake for 45 minutes at 350.

Note: the middle may still be soft/jiggly in the middle. Remove it from the oven and let it sit for 5 minutes and it should set nicely.
