2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp cilantro
1 1/2 cups red beans
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup olive oil
1. Toss all items in a food processor and blend until smooth.
2. Top dip with additional sprinkle of paprika and cilantro if you'd like.
3. Serve with chopped veggies or toasted pita points.
