Honey Dijon Chicken

Every so often, I light a fire under Mr. Food Whore's ass and make him come up with a dinner plan. He suggested this recipe which he found online. It was very simple, delicious and healthy, Kudos to you, Mr. FW.

Ingredients
1/3cup honey
1/2 cup dijon mustard
1/2 cup butter, melted
4 chicken breasts
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs

1. Mix honey, mustard and butter in a small bowl.

2. Place chicken breasts in a baking pan and pour the mixture over them.

3. Sprinkle lightly with breadcrumbs.

4. Bake for 45 minutes at 375.

hot out of the oven--the pan of chicken breasts

Yep, that's it. While it was cooking, we sauteed some fresh spinach with garlic and onions. And we served it with garlic bread and leftover potato salad. This was scrumptious. Be sure to drizzle the sauce from the pan over your chicken breast for even more of that sweet flavor. For those counting calories, this whole meal (with sides) is 519 calories. The chicken breast alone with sauce is only 147 calories.
